Welcome to MindBalancee ('we', 'us', 'our'). These terms govern your access to and use of our personal growth and balance training services, information products and goods offered at MindBalancee.link ('Site').

We offer personalized coaching sessions and balance training programs designed to support mental well-being and personal development. Sessions may be conducted in person or online according to the plan purchased.

3. Information Products

Our information products include digital courses, e-books and downloadable resources focused on personal growth and balance training. Access details will be provided after purchase.

4. Goods

We supply physical items such as training accessories and printed materials that support personal growth practices. Delivery times may vary based on location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients who cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may choose to reschedule at no extra charge or request a reimbursement of fees paid. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement or rescheduling due to the reserved time.

5.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of our offerings, purchases are final upon download or access. Customers may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase, provided no access or download has occurred. To request a reimbursement, contact us via Contact Us. After this period or once access is granted, no reimbursements will be issued.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be eligible for reimbursement or replacement if reported within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a reimbursement, contact our team via Contact Us with order information. Products must be sent back to us in original condition. Once received and inspected, we will process a reimbursement using the original method of payment within 5 business days. For replacements, we cover the cost of shipping to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs and materials on the Site are the property of MindBalancee or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Our services and products are intended for personal development and balance training purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindBalancee will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our offerings.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
